How can we help?

Open QuestKids as a parent, go to your family dashboard, and add a child profile — a name (or nickname), an optional avatar, and a character class. Your child then uses that profile; they don’t create their own account.

Your child taps a quest to mark it done and can attach a photo. It appears on your parent dashboard for approval. Once you approve it, your child earns their rewards.

Both are earned inside the app by completing quests and routines — they’re never bought with real money. Coins are spent on real-life rewards you set up (like screen time or a treat). Gems are the collectible currency used for in-app cosmetics and character classes.

Artifacts are collectibles for the Artifact Book. Your child earns one random artifact per day by finishing their daily routines. Duplicates can be traded, and completing sets gives a bonus.

Premium is an optional subscription that unlocks extra features. Manage or cancel it any time in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; deleting the app alone does not cancel it.

On the login screen, choose “Log in” and use the password-reset option, or sign in with Apple or Google if you set the account up that way. Still stuck? Email us and we’ll help.

You can remove a child profile from the app at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email us at the address above and we’ll take care of it.
