Terms of Use

Welcome to QuestKids. These Terms are an agreement between you (the parent or guardian who sets up the account) and QuestKids. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

1. Who can use QuestKids

The account holder must be an adult (18+) and the parent or legal guardian of any child who uses the app. Children use QuestKids only under their parent’s supervision and on a profile the parent created.

2. Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use QuestKids for your family’s personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the App Store’s rules.

3. Subscriptions (QuestKids Premium)

• QuestKids offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, QuestKids Premium, that unlocks additional features. The core app is usable without it.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

4. In-app items — Coins, Gems & artifacts

• QuestKids includes virtual items: Coins, Gems, collectible artifacts, and cosmetics.
• These items are earned through in-app activity (completing quests and routines) — they are not sold for real money and have no real-world monetary value.
• Virtual items are a limited license to use inside QuestKids only. They cannot be transferred outside the app, sold, or redeemed for cash, and they may change or expire if the family account is closed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to break the law.

6. Content you add

You are responsible for the profile names and photos you add. Don’t upload content that is unlawful or infringes others’ rights. You grant us permission to store and display that content solely to operate the app for your family.

7. Disclaimers

QuestKids is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. QuestKids is a motivational tool for families and is not a substitute for parental judgment or professional advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuestKids will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using QuestKids and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.

10. Apple’s standard terms

Where the app is obtained through the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies, and prevails over any conflicting term in these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
